Ryan (cbadmin) was hit by a truck in NY on his way to work. He is in the hospital and I was able to speak with him briefly - everyone says he was very lucky. It seems that something has happened to his ankle and he is going to need surgery to have it repaired - he is going into surgery now. Please pray that he is WELL and WHOLE and that the doctors are able to resolve any issue they find with speed & accuracy.

Thanks for your love & prayers. And Thank God for Healing.

It's been a nutty day - sorry I'm just now able to post an update. He was crossing the street this morning and a work truck ran a red light. He is at Bellevue Hospital in NYC, and he has no internal injuries but the skin on his ankle and foot has been scraped off clear to the bone. There are some other injuries on his ankle that they repaired today in surgery, and he will need a few more surgeries over the next week and a half to get everything squared away. Everyone at the hospital says that Ryan had an angel with him, because he was actually dragged for a while and c/should have sustained really bad internal injuries.... but not one has surfaced! Thank GOD. Truly. His shoes were strong enough to help withstand the impact (hooray for really thick leather and solid soles!), and he will recover! There was a good samaritan who tried to pull Ry out of the way, and that spilt second of a tug backwards helped him, too.

His spirits are high but he is very tired.

I have been praying steady. God has shown Himself already in this situation. I know He will continue to do so. Please update us soon send let us know how his surgery goes.
