Well...we ran into some issues the previous tenants did not properly take care of. The biggest one is the condition of the walls, floors, and kitchen appliances not being cleaned or patched up effectively. We now have to wait a few days while painters are in there repainting the place.

I'll share an update when all of this is settled.
